This course has been co-produced by leading fatigue management clinicians and those with lived experience of fatigue. It combines the latest mindfulness research with the most pertinent psychological approaches and offers real life and practical strategies to manage fatigue and help you to pace your life. It will be a live interactive online course which occur once a week for 10 weeks (starting in March 2023). There are limited spaces, so please reserve a place!
